Greetings Brothers, D9, Masonic, Eastern Star, Guests, Family, and Friends,

Just want to provide pertinent information as we prepare for the All-Black Experience at the Arch Museum hosted by the Mighty Men of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.’s Nu Chi Chapter of East St. Louis, Illinois. This is an Adult-Themed groove catering to you--our most treasured pearl! It is going to be an amazing night for the East St. Louis/St. Louis Metropolitan Area. Please note the following:

PARKING – Available at dedicated meters, and parking garages at 4th and Olive (a block away from the Arch Museum entrance), 5th and Pine (a block up to Chestnut and walk one block directly to entrance), Clark and Walnut streets, and the Hyatt Hotel directly across from the Arch Museum entrance (may be for hotel guest only). Plan to arrive at the event on time. Traffic may be a heavy experience later that evening. DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT PARK ON THE LANDING. THE MAIN ENTRANCE IS NOW OFF 4TH AND CHESTNUT! Facing the Arch, you must enter the museum through the right-side door. This is the only point of entry.

FEDERAL LAWS APPLY – National Park Service Law Enforcement Rangers will be on the property. The Arch Museum is a federal facility under the United States Department of Interior. Absolutely no weapons of any type are permitted on the premises, including guns authorized by a concealed carry permit. Smoking inside the facility is prohibited. Food and beverages are limited to designated areas. Unauthorized vehicles are prohibited on the grounds.

ARCH MUSEUM ENTRY – Please pack light. Everyone will undergo TSA screening upon entering the Arch Museum (similar to airport TSA). Prior to screening. we will have three (3) lines (e.g., VIP, registered Omega Men and paid Eventbrite guests, and Walkups) to verify your tickets. 

VIP GUESTS – When TSA screening is done, you can take the elevator to the Mid-Level Mezzanine or walk down the stairs to the VIP area. VIP guests have access to this and the other areas including the Main Lower Level, Middle Exhibit Area, and Back Arch Tram Ride Area. The VIP area is only for guest who bought a VIP ticket. We will strictly enforce access. Do not attempt entry if you did not purchase a VIP ticket. 

GENERAL ADMISSION GUESTS – Once through TSA, take the elevator to the Lower level or escalator to the Main Level floor. General Admission guests have access to the entire facility (except the VIP area).

ENTERTAINMENT - DJs are positioned on the Lower Level and Arch Tram Ride Area. Music will flow through the VIP and Middle Exhibit areas. Two (2) bars will be available in the front Lower Level area and two (2) bars will be available in the Arch Tram area. Drinking is not allowed in the Middle Exhibit area although guest may carry drinks through this area when walking to “and from” the Arch Tram Area. NO CASH PAYMENTS ALLOWED. ONLY CREDIT CARD PURCHASES ONLY OR OTHER ELECTRONIC PAYMENT OPTIONS....

Lastly, do not wear 9-inch heels. There is substantial real estate in and outside the Arch grounds, so wear comfortable shoes such as flats. Feel free to contact me directly at (618) 593-0013 or DM on social media.
